POSITION SUMMARY:听This position oversees comprehensive One-Stop office operations, including planning layouts, developing multi-grant budget spreadsheets, managing facility maintenance and communication systems, and supervising daily services while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising and evaluating assigned staff, investigating customer concerns, coordinating with co-located partners and divisional leadership, and representing 修车大队 at local board and community meetings to promote organizational programs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  1. Plan office layout, develop office budget spreadsheets for multi grant tracking, and initiate corrective action plans with guidance from Division Director.
  2. Supervise One-Stop office services, including customer appointments, data entry, certification of files, and daily tasks.听
  3. Oversee maintenance and modification of office areas, equipment, layout, and housekeeping as request by local Workforce Boards.
  4. Manage communication systems, including telephones, email, software applications, and fax services.
  5. Coordinate inter-office communication installations and maintenance.
  6. Ensure designated functions and services are carried out efficiently, with minimal delays.
  7. Conduct staff meetings to disseminate important information.
  8. Review official directives and correspondence to ensure compliance with updated policies, programs, and procedures.
  9. Conduct safety meetings and maintain compliance with safety standards and labor law requirements as directed by 修车大队 and Local Workforce Boards.
  10. Investigate and respond to public/customer concerns, complaints, and accolades, and keep divisional leadership informed.
  11. Provide site supervision of staff assigned to the One-Stop facility.
  12. Collaborate with divisional management to ensure effective and appropriate delivery of services.
  13. Conduct staff evaluations for assigned service center employees.
  14. Provide co-located partners with assistance related to technology and space needs.
  15. Represent 修车大队 at local boards, chamber, and community meetings, promoting the organization鈥檚 programs and services.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

POSITION QUALIFICATION: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent and 2 years of directly related work experience.听

COMPUTER SKILLS: Moderate computer skills required for data entry, Word, Excel, and other software programs, as required for the position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees, or organizations.听

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
